We present an easy version of a beverage found on our latest cocktail list. Designed as a large-volume premix that's packed with tastes associated with holiday season, making it excellent for a holiday party. Reserve the remaining citrus syrup to use in morning drinks, sweets, or to mix another batch of this cocktail.

Makes enough for 10 guests
For the Clementine Cordial (makes 750ml)
300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml newly squeezed lemon juice
500g fine sugar
For the Drink (yields 850ml, serving 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml London dry gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml clementine cordial (see above)
A few cranberries, as a garnish
Mandarin essential oil, for finishing
Method
Making the Cordial: Place all the items in a pan, bring to a simmer, agitating to dissolve. After that, take off the heat and let it to cool completely. Pour into a clean bottle, seal and store chilled, it can be stored for about four weeks.
Preparing the Batch Mix: Mix all the liquid ingredients into one sizeable container, let it rest for one hour, then filter it preferably using a fine cloth, making it completely strained.
To serve: Pour 85ml from the batch mix to a stirring glass filled with ice, gently stirring carefully for a minute to cool it down. Strain to a chilled martini glass or equivalent, garnish with some cranberries and complete it by giving it a quick spritz with the mandarin essence over the drink.
